Original supplies are made by the printer manufacturer. Compatible supplies are made by another company to fit the printer, usually at a lower price.
Can compatible ink damage the printer?
A good, genuinely compatible product should not damage the printer when correctly installed, but quality varies by manufacturer.
What if the printer does not recognize the cartridge?
Remove protective tape, reseat the cartridge, verify compatibility and restart the printer. Contact us if the issue continues.
Can I return an opened cartridge?
Usually not, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed under the Return & Exchange Policy.
